Privacy Policy

When you create an account we store your email address, chosen username, and hashed password. While using the escrow service we also store: deal metadata (amount, coin, role, status), counterparty links, support tickets and messages you send, payout addresses you provide, and on-chain payment events that NOWPayments forwards to us.

Your data is used solely to operate the escrow service: to authenticate you, route deals between you and your counterparty, calculate platform fees, send funds to your payout address, respond to support requests, and prevent fraud or abuse.

We never sell your data. We share the minimum necessary with: NOWPayments (to generate deposit addresses and trigger payouts), our hosting and database provider, and email provider for transactional notifications. Law enforcement requests are answered only when legally compelled.

Account and deal records are kept for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years after closure to comply with anti-fraud and tax obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time by opening a support ticket.

Passwords are stored hashed using industry-standard algorithms. All connections use TLS. Database access is restricted by row-level security so only you (and an admin during a dispute) can read your data.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us through the in-app support page to exercise these rights.
